airSlider minimalist player has few functions. It’ written in AS3 and it requires Flash Player installed on your users browser. Since it’s published with SWFObject, it should be compatible with most, if not every, browsers and operating systems (providing the good Flash Player version is installed).

Functions

• Interface automatically disappearing
• Play/Pause
• Show captions; if there’s no caption, the black space at the bottom of the image will be left empty (to be corrected in future versions). Captions support link: if you test them locally, you might be prompted a warning for security reasons. It’s a Flash Player warning, I don’t know how to avoid the problem as of now.
• Previous/Next Image (if you checked keep sync in airSlider project settings, when you click on the arrow the background sound will be cut and will be positioned at the exact millisecond the next/previous slide starts; otherwise, changing slide will not affect the music)
• Play again button is shown at the end of the slideshow, while the rest of the interface is blocked. The slideshow ends at the end of the last slide (even if sound has not already ended)
